I have over 20 years’ experience as a SENDCo and Early Years teacher and leader, working across a range of settings including inner-city and village schools, and those with high levels of deprivation and EAL. I am passionate about supporting children with SEND in the Early Years.

Our school has a high level of SEND need, including a nursery provision, and we are committed to early identification and intervention. This is underpinned by close multi-agency collaboration and the use of highly adaptive, inclusive classroom strategies to support our diverse community of learners.
