Stephanie Batey

Steph is the Founder and CEO of Inclusive Teacher Co, a specialist neurodiversity training company and community supporting educators, parents and children. A former English teacher and educational leader, Steph is an Expert Partner with Witherslack Group and previously worked as a trainer and consultant for the world-renowned ADHD Foundation. She is also an author, international speaker and experienced neurodiversity trainer. Drawing on extensive experience across classroom support, teaching, leadership and specialist training, Steph delivers practical, evidence-informed approaches that move organisations beyond awareness and improve support for neurodivergent people. As a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, she combines professional expertise with lived experience to make learning and everyday life work better for every mind.
