Richard Kirkup is Programme Lead for Children and Young People at the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) and Chair of the Special Education Consortium. With over 25 years' experience in children's and young people's services, he has led local and national programmes to improve outcomes for young people and their transitions into adult life.
