Kim holds a PGCE from the University of Wolverhampton and an MSc in Educational Assistive Technology from the University of Dundee. As Education Product Manager at Smartbox Assistive Technology, Kim leads on Grid for Schools, helping schools enhance their AAC provision and create inclusive communication environments where every student has a voice.
