Ed Robbins is the CEO of Fresh Start in Education. He is passionate about relational, trauma-informed practice and helping professionals understand behaviour as a form of communication. Through his work across SEND, SEMH and alternative provision, Ed champions approaches that prioritise understanding, connection and meaningful engagement to create lasting change for young people.
