Alexandra Chiorando is a qualified early years teacher, consultant and trainer, and the founder of Marmalade Early Years Consultancy. Her specialism is early years, and her work is underpinned by a strong focus on understanding children’s behaviour through connection, belonging and sensory processing. She has over 25 years’ experience as a teacher, senior leader and SENCO, and is also a mum to two neurodivergent boys.
