Alex Rositano is Deputy Head (Head of Residential and Designated Safeguarding Lead) at More House School, Surrey, a specialist independent school supporting boys with speech, language and communication needs. In this role, she has led boarding at a strategic level, shaping whole-school culture while remaining grounded in the day-to-day realities of residential life. Her leadership has strengthened safeguarding practice, raised the profile of boarding within the wider school community, and ensured that boarding is not an add-on, but a central, respected pillar of pupil care and development.
