Sustainable Leadership ' Taking care of hearts and minds of those who lead
Leadership in education carries an increasing human cost, particularly for those navigating complexity, accountability and relentless change. This session explores what sustainable leadership really requires beyond individual resilience. Drawing on evidence, lived experience and practice, Shaheen will consider how we create the conditions in which leaders can remain well, think well and lead well ' and why taking care of the people who lead is fundamental to the outcomes of those they serve.
