This session explores how leaders can break down organisational barriers, share expertise and build genuine, reciprocal partnerships. Drawing on practical experience across mainstream and specialist settings, it will consider how collaboration, quality first teaching and specialist knowledge can combine to create capable classrooms where more children belong, participate and thrive.
