Seminar Plus+: A sensitive trauma informed approach to supporting students that engage in self harming behaviours
In this Seminar, Asha will focus on how you can support students who self-harm from a trauma-informed approach. Clarify your understanding of trauma and its impact, review current support systems through a trauma-informed lens and make any necessary adjustments to support students who are engaging in self-harming behaviours. This workshop will also explore additional support for your wider team and review risk assessment templates and procedures for sharing risks associated with self-harming behaviours.
