Legal Responsibilities for SEND
An introduction to the SEN legal framework and the statutory duties on settings including early years, schools and FE colleges under the Children and Families Act 2014 and equality legislation.
This presentation is suitable for those with responsibility for and/or working with children and young people with SEND in early years settings, schools and post-16 settings. It should however be noted that some of the content will be less relevant to those working in wholly independent schools/institutions.
