Titus is an award-winning UK e-learning partner specialising in the design and delivery of inclusive digital learning platforms for the public sector, health and education.

We work with local authorities, NHS teams and education providers to address complex, system-wide challenges where demand outstrips specialist capacity. Most recently, Titus partnered with Rochdale Borough Council and the NHS Rochdale SEND team to deliver a locality-commissioned Assistive Learning Management System (LMS), funded through the SENDAP Change Programme and aligned to national SEND reform.

The platform was designed to sit alongside existing speech and language therapy services, extending specialist reach rather than replacing clinical input. It provides structured training pathways, short modelling videos and targeted resources aligned to therapist assessment, supporting earlier intervention and more confident, evidence-informed practice across parents, early years settings and schools.

Our approach focuses on scalability, accessibility and operational readiness. By improving consistency of implementation and building workforce and parental confidence, the model helps reduce avoidable referrals, ease pressure on waiting lists and support more inclusive practice at scale.
