At The Mason Foundation, our mission is simple: to break down barriers and create brighter futures for everyone. We work with communities across the UK to tackle the challenges they face head on, delivering programmes that make a real difference where it’s needed most. Through Propel, we help neurodivergent young people and those with learning differences build skills, confidence, and pathways to meaningful employment. With Community Mile, we support vulnerable communities to improve wellbeing through physical activity, peer support, and connecting people with the local support and opportunities they need to thrive. With over 300 volunteers nationwide, we combine national reach with deep local insight, turning support into action, and action into lasting change.
