Esteem Educators is a specialist alternative provision delivering highly personalised 1:1 mentoring, education, and intervention programmes for young people with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, attendance difficulties, anxiety, and wider complex needs.

Operating across Greater Manchester and the North West, we provide flexible, relationship-led support tailored to the individual needs, interests, strengths, and aspirations of each young person. Our bespoke approach ensures learners are carefully matched with experienced mentors based on personality, interests, lived experiences, and support needs, enabling positive relationships to develop and engagement to flourish.

Unlike traditional classroom-based provision, our support is predominantly delivered within carefully selected community environments, allowing young people to learn, develop confidence, build independence, and re-engage with education in meaningful and relevant settings. Sessions can focus on education, preparation for adulthood, emotional regulation, employability, personal development, independence skills, and community inclusion.

Our dedicated Student Engagement Team provides additional oversight around outcomes, safeguarding, progress monitoring, and multi-agency working, ensuring every learner receives a coordinated and consistent package of support. Detailed daily reporting, immediate attendance notifications, termly impact reports, and attendance at professional meetings ensure commissioners remain fully informed of progress and outcomes.
