Nancy Hamling is Marketing and Events Executive at Speech & Language Link, where she leads the delivery of professional development initiatives, including the Link Live virtual conference, and curates content for The Link Community.

After completing a Master’s in International Event Management in Brighton in 2008, Nancy has worked across event logistics and production, now specialising in education and SEND. She travels nationwide with Speech & Language Link to engage with schools and promote inclusive, practical support for children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

As a parent of a neurodivergent child, Nancy brings empathy, insight and lived experience to her work. She is proud to join the advisory board for the TES SEND Show, helping shape a meaningful and impactful programme.
