I started my teaching career in 2002 and have been a SENDCo since 2012.  I am an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion in a two-form entry primary school in Warwickshire with a higher-than-average number of pupils on the SEND register and a higher-than-average number of pupils with an EHCP.
